You may return a piece within 30 days of delivery if it’s unused, unaltered, and in original packaging.

The product must be in resaleable condition (no scratches, wear, or damage).

Custom or personalized jewelry (engraved, resized) may NOT be returned unless defective.
How to Return

We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label (for domestic orders) or advise on shipping (international).

Pack the item securely in original packaging.
Refunds & Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved — issue refund or offer replacement within 7 business days.

Refund excludes original shipping cost (unless item defective).

Defective or Damaged Items
