Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return a piece within 30 days of delivery if it’s unused, unaltered, and in original packaging.

  • The product must be in resaleable condition (no scratches, wear, or damage).

  • Custom or personalized jewelry (engraved, resized) may NOT be returned unless defective.

How to Return

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery via email: hallkoba259@hotmail.com, with order number and reason.

  • We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label (for domestic orders) or advise on shipping (international).

  • Pack the item securely in original packaging.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved — issue refund or offer replacement within 7 business days.

  • Refund excludes original shipping cost (unless item defective).

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless defective).

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item — contact us immediately.

  • We’ll replace or refund, and cover return shipping costs.
